At DIVAGANTES, we want to ensure that all our students have a smooth and enjoyable learning experience. Please review our policies below to understand how scheduling, attendance, and class management work.
1. Rescheduling Private Classes
We understand that unexpected things happen! You can reschedule up to two private classes with at least 24 hours' notice. This helps us manage schedules fairly for all students and teachers.
2. Group Classes
Since group classes involve multiple students, individual rescheduling is not possible. We recommend choosing a class time that best fits your schedule to avoid missing lessons.
3. Late Arrivals
We allow a 30-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, the class will be considered completed, as we need to maintain schedules for all students.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel completely, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. We appreciate your understanding, as this allows us to plan effectively.
